My Bio
A Born Actor
Born to Entertain
I am a graduate of Coppin State University with a BS Degree in Urban Arts, which is Theatre Arts. I have performed with the Arena Players for more than half my life. I have also performed with theatre companies throughout the city of Baltimore including Coppin, Morgan, and Fells Point Corner Theatre.
As a director, I was first trained by my mentor Samuel H. Wilson Jr., who founded the Arena Players Theatre, Donald Owens, Amini Courts, and Eileen J. Morris of Ensemble Theatre (Houston TX.)
I am also the CEO of UnityStem Productions, a former stand-up comic, and a writer working on my first novel. I hosted and produced a limited series radio show, "Seriously Speaking", on WFBR am radio in Glen Burnie, MD.
As a playwright, I have won three NADSA S. Randolph Edmonds awards. My full-length play, "God is Going to Trouble the Waters" was read at the Arena Players and in Dallas at the Black Academy of Arts and Letters with the hopes of a full production soon. This October, a reading will be at the New Voice Fest in Houston, TX.
